OPSUMIT IMPROVES FUNCTIONAL AND HAEMODYNAMIC PARAMETERS WHEN USED IN EARLY COMBINATION THERAPY1

Initial double combination therapy with OPSUMIT and tadalafil led to significant improvements from baseline to Week 16 in cardiopulmonary haemodynamics, functional parameters, NT-proBNP and risk profile in newly diagnosed, treatment-naive patients with PAH.1

Initial double combination therapy with OPSUMIT and tadalafil improved multiple haemodynamic parameters from baseline to Week 16, including:1
